As this is a rental service, please expect minor markings and wear and tear. While the items you receive have most likely been previously worn, we can assure you that all of our pieces are of high quality and aesthetic.
Please carefully choose your size. Because our inventory is limited we will be unable to exchange or refund your items for your selected rental period.
Due to the rarity of many of the pieces in our collection, purchasing is not currently an option. Please return in a timely manner as agreed upon during the reservation process. Please enjoy your garment and return in a respected state by the end of your rental period. If an item is not returned on time or is in an unsatisfactory condition, you will be assessed a fee of up to or exceeding retail value.
Please do not attempt to launder your rented ski wear. Après Chic happily handles all product laundering services. If spot treatment is needed for stains, please use provided cleaning solution and contact us for next steps.
